Ash, that tooling is so old now. Today's machines have built in tooling and are amazing bits of kit. Today Vauxhall can build a Corsa in the morning and Vauxhall Adam in the afternoon on the same line.

The cost is not that great if a tool firm has a Mandrel bender, Press and a wielding set up . The internal parts are simple. The biggest cost would be the molds for the press and chroming but, it is all down to the unit production costs and the sales. I have had meetings with a tool firm about the production of many parts. The problem i have found in the UK is most firms will not take on a small job.

Just had a look at the one i use and it just says Ultrasonic Engine Part. Aluminum safe/ use between 50-80 degrees.

I will be mailing Mr sato at Vesrah and ask him why he firstly states that they knew of no new suppliers of there gaskets in the UK or Europe and secondly that he did advise that Vesrah would not be producing anymore gasket sets for old Honda's.

I have always known 45467-329-000 to be connected to the coils. The whole point in this cable guide is to keep it away from the heat of the engine. Have seen one in the states on the breather bolt and wondered why.
