Title: My 'new' XL250K0 Motosport
Post by: Andrew-S on April 14, 2021, 01:46:06 PM: Well, I've just got back from viewing and putting a deposit on an original unrestored UK XL250K0 Motosport with 10,280 miles from new and the same owner since 1989. It'll need a little cleaning but I'm very please with it, particularly as it comes with a boxed NOS tank and mudguard set, plus the original tank and mudguards which have been painted by Dream Machine and are due back in a few weeks which is when I'll take delivery.

Photos below with the NOS paintset and original registration number which is pretty cool: 8)

The Electric world 12v convertion works a treat. The bike has never started so easily. Strongly recommend.

I think Andrew. You will find the Motorsport s very pleasing bike to ride on the road.

Nice pickup on the XL250KO as well... they are rare and expensive here in Australia...

Thanks Andy, very happy to have found a UK K0 model - hope the attached 12v conversion is useful, it was downloaded from the Honda XL250 XL350 SidePort FB page.

BTW, my first bike was a new SL125 in 1974.

Very simple to fit. But you will have to convert to Led bulbs throughout.
