Title: Repairing 500/550 Rear Hubs
Post by: SteveD CB500K0 on April 08, 2010, 12:45:41 PM
This is from Bryan Jones:

Paul Jackson Huddersfield near Junction 23 M62

01422 378100

Don't be in a rush at it takes time to find the correct piece of cast iron pipe to make the liner from and he can do it with the complete wheel, just take tyre off!

I used a rover mini drum in mine, perfect fit once subjected to the tender mercies of my lathe plus a freezer for the lining and oven for the hub.
