I am going g to use a copper head gasket on one of my engines, I had one made a bit thicker into compensate the head been skimmed too much, I intend to use hylomar spray to seal it , having googled it that seems the way to go, does anyone see any problems, it's a 69, 750 head too expensive to waste so this is my option to salvage a very expensive head

If done properly by a place that knows motorbikes it is the best, all paint can crack when flexed , not just powder coating, I had a gpz550 frame done and it's perfect, my warning would be dont get it done by places that just put it through with all their commercial stuff, find a place who know motorbike frames and specialize, its regarded as a bit of a no for detailed restorations as then people want to replicate that thin, jet black honda look, me personally would do anything g other than a concourse restoration with powder coat, it is so durable, chip resistant and cheap

Looks like the numbers have been cleaned out with a pin or nail making it messy ,you can see where its slipped on on of the digits, could it just be that making it look rough, although you can also see angle grind Mark's, meaning it might well of been ground and stamped,

Just looks like a standard F2 with earlier engine, not sure what he means by the left front disk, and it being prototype , but given the early frame number who knows, look at all the historic cross over models in the cb range, there is loads of transition bikes , mystery indeed

I have never on any vehicle owned seen the correct speed, alwaysup to 5mph in it , luckily when they show 70 your actually doing about 65-67
