Hopefully it will be a good one can’t ride it till I get the uk registration back I have sent the nova certification and deed of title so it’s a waiting game lol

Welcome for me too, I've always liked to 400/4 and nearly bought a new blue one in 76 but bought a used CB750 K1 instead - hope you get it registered and are able to ride before the end of the summer.
-
Welcome to the 400four forum. Hope it goes ok with the Nova. Whatever that is
-
The Nova is the import certificate to prove duty has been paid. Cheers
-
Notification Of Vehicle Arrivals.
Don’t ask me what that actually means though

Hi and welcome hope you get your registration back soon from dvla. (they lost my application for historic vehicle tax class which cost me £25 for duplicate V5C) Lots of good information on here.

Runs a little rough it’s got electronic ignition but retains the points I dug out my 80s strobe light and checked the timing all good, solved lumpy idle when I found the spring holder missing from the air filter, David Silva gave me a one and a new filter in exchange for cash lol.
It’s had a small fortune in new bits.
Thanks for all the welcomes

Yes runs well was a bit lumpy but I think I’ve sorted that.

Great ... went to Brid Spa last Sunday for Sunday lunch ... Have you ever heard of a guy called Parcell in Brid ? I bought some CB72 parts from him in 1975 and me and the GF (now missus) went on the train to pick 'em up. A month or so back we were debating which house he was at just along from Busy Bees Chippie I think. B*gger me only a couple of days later I went to see a CB92 250 miles away in bits and the seller had a couple of frames and logbooks and the Brid guy's name was in the old green log book as the last owner. Think he was heavily into Honda's back-in-the day.
-
Not heard of him but we have only lived here a year lol

Got the uk registration through it’s now an N reg cheers.
