Where abouts in Yorkshire? I'm in the same boat- 1st bike honda cb550 1977 live in swainby North Yorkshire. Took the old girl out for a spin at the weekend to Helmsley and the centre stand fell off!!

Can anyone please suggest a good small battery that doesn't cost the earth which will fit under a hump to the rear of the seat? I have found a shorai at £130. Anything else smaller/cheaper?

I have fully charged the battery and it seems to have sorted the problem.... For now anyway but will need to check all the connections as you've mentioned.

Where is the best place to move a battery?

It reads 11.4 volts when not started and it wont start. Battery has been moved as per pic. Question:
Do I need a new battery or should it fire her up with 11.4?

Rear of calliper where the spokes have ran against and caused the brake fluid to leek through.
Can anyone tell me if this can be repaired??
