Title: 18.5 x 34 washer thickness
Post by: sye on July 29, 2018, 03:56:46 PM: I'm getting together the bits that are missing for the eventual rebuild. Someone has put a brass shim under the ~~swingarm~~ rear axle nut instead of the 18.5 x 34mm washer, which is unavailable as a genuine part. M18 x 34 x 3mm thick washers are readily available and will do the job but does anyone know the original washer thickness please?

Post by: Seabeowner on July 29, 2018, 05:08:33 PM: Just took one off my 550. It's 4mm. My 500K0 is the same but, didn't want to disturb it. My other 500 has a non standard washer that looks about 1mm, so would be interested in getting at least a 3mm for that.

Be careful of honda sizes listed :o

The washer for the swing arm is available 90526 268 000

OK, just seen the swingarm bit crossed out.
That was original a chrome washer. Can post you a S/S one if you require Sye

I know but my 1mm looks a bit weedy.

I would be interested in a better replacement for that if one is available please.
