Title: USA Spec 550 four indicators

Going through things after a full rebuild and I've got a front indicator problem. The indicators come on with the ignition and stay on which is correct but do not flash, they have the same bulb fitted as the rear indicators which are single filament, am I correct in thinking that the front bulbs should be double filament.

Pics from diagram shows wiring. I think the indicators have been replaced with pattern parts and the same fittings have been put on the front of the bike as at the rear and they won't take the double filament bulbs.
I will have to source the correct fittings or disconnect the permanent live feed and have them operating as the UK spec bikes do

As a bonus you will have 16 Watts saved!

Running lights are now allowed in the indicators as long as they don't interfere with the function of the indicator. Which they don't as when you indicate that side running light element goes off.
