Hi,
well I have been enjoying my G5 for a few months. done about 1K and all OK except when I put my indicators on if stationary (low rev)they are fine, however if approaching roundabouts (higher revs) they flash intermittently. any ideas?

all are new and well earthed. :)

Try them when stationary, and then put the brake light on to see if that is affecting them as this could be in use when riding.
If it does, we'll have to try and find out why.

relay is new, voltage 13.70 at 5000 rpm is that too much.
its also blowing headlight bulbs.

Is it melting the headlamp bulb filament or is the filament loose in the glass envelope?
-
there are bits in the bulb and it looks like is melted.

If there are loose bits in the glass chances are it is vibration that is doing in the bulb which could also be the problem with the blinkers

sorry its been awhile but got a new relay and boooom works great
thanks for the advise
