Didn't realise they'd updated these with a spoked wheel version. If they did a 4-4 pipe option I'd be tempted...

Very retro, I agree a 4 piper would finish it off and perhaps a candy colour

Probably get one when they start to go rusty ?
-
Gonna buy a exhaust and a clutch cable guide this evening and store for 40 years
Money in the bank me thinks?

It would be too cruel of them to fetch out a 4 piper version as I would want one even more but I can't afford one !
Cheers

There are a number of Japanese suppliers that make 4 into 4 pipes (not Honda) very expensive! But you do loose the main stand if fitted. I will wait till Honda upgrades the model then trade my CB1100A in...Alan

I see a guy in London from time to time, commuting on an XJR1300 with a 4/4 exhaust. Looks lovely. Sounds good too: rorty but not that loud.

Well looks like a firm in Japan have nailed it with a stainless 4-4 system - as big Al says the main stand is lost..
Company called Wyvern Classics..

Yes, I bought CB1100ex. Only 60 allocated to the UK this year, I was lucky enough to get one.
Fantastic build quality, silky smooth ride. ;)

Awesome get some photos up!!!

ok - I will try and post some pictures.
I have had a lot of problems on this forum with pictures. Its one of the reasons why I use the American forum more often.

Very nice bike Ton Up, are you thinking of putting any extras on it, Honda chrome gauge covers direct from japan

I like my bikes to be kept stock. Makes me cringe when I see luggage racks / topbox / tankbags on this type of bike. I got a car to haul stuff around in, why would you want to spoil the looks of a CB1100ex?
Been looking at Hepco and Becker chrome engine bars, they are really neat, small units that blend in well with the silver engine and chrome pipes. [attachimg=1]

I fitted the SW-Motech engine bars on mine (satin black)..very pleased with the product and looks.
