Title: Forks

Hey. I'm abount ready to start looking at my forks.
They look in not to bad a condition. But they gave been stood for 15 years in a shed.
What should I do to them?
Full strip down and replace seale's? Spring?

Is there any upgrades I can do?
I see progressive springs on eBay.

Just change the oil to start with and then see if they leak before stripping them down
