Honda did not use "standard" codes so there isnt one, all you can do is colour match

Could be porous weld, same sump 500/550 all way through so should be spares about, i may even have one but cant get into my garage till i fix the door, do have a 550 bottom end in the car i will see if it has a sump.on it for you tonight

Honda never put a time ,or mileage, on the belts but i recon 80,000 or 8 years is a good idea, at least its not the dumb Ford idea of a "wet" belt inside the engine!
Only thing i ever had to change unusual was the coupling shaft to pinion on a very early wing that did not have a grease nipple 34

Possible bad drain plug threead, bad washer(alloy) of cracked sump pan, you need to clean off totally and find where exactly comming from im afraid

Yup, that way you can make sure the little balance pipe fits.
Be prepared to "modify" slightly the bends on the aftermarket brackets to get everything correct 41

Its really just a pain in the arse job no matter how you do it but holding the quadrant open can make gatting the lower one on

Ted, i think you are right in using the Volvo oil till its out of warrantee.
As you have seen its dearer to buy 1 service quantity than the 20ltr from mannol, who are a large german supplier, you could look on their website for exact correct spec then see if you can get it elswhere |
