Title: CB750 KZ question
Post by: thundersparrow on August 03, 2010, 01:21:25 PM
Hi
I've just started rebuilding a 1979 750KZ and have just discovered that someone has replaced the breather pipe that runs from the oil pump over the engine with a piece of garden hose!!
Now this isn't ideal and I have had no success in finding a replacement. Can anyone give me any pointers?
Thanks
Steve

Given the inside diameter of the hose, any decent car parts shop should be able to sell you a couple of feet of it.

They're good for fuel pipe to!

Steve

PS: welcome by the way.

Hi
Thanks for your reply. I thought I'd end up doing that.

I think that the pipe that you suggest is an oil supply pipe is in fact a breather hose.
