Other forums have this and is very useful.

Most of us are also members on www.sohc4.net and I have spent the last couple of years collecting the links in the FAQ here (http://forums.sohc4.net/index.php?topic=743.0)

I usually just refer to that rather than reproduce the whole thing.

If you've got links that are not represented, let me know.
