I want to touch up a few areas on the frame with a Gloss Black Paint as I am replacing the wiring loom, any suggestions which paint to buy?

That's a very open ended question that begs a lot of information imho.
Is the frame still it's in its original colour?
If it is you will be unlikely to get a match due to paint degrading over the decades.
A good paint wholesaler used to be able to do an optical sample match.
Others here will know the original colour they used.
Back in the1950s when many cars were either black or black they were almost impossible to match.

Ted's right of course Eldrick but it obviously depends how bad the problem is and how fussy you are. My 'new to me' 550 F1 had a few rusty spots around welds here and there, plus a few chips - not surprising - it's over 47 years old! It's to be a tidy looking user - not concours. I scrape the areas with a scalpel, de- rust if needed with Jenolite and touch in with Rustins Gloss Black using a small brush on the bigger areas and varying sizes of copper wire, dipped in the paint for the small chips. It looks a bit grey when it first goes on but dries to a pretty good match (in my case!). I did my 350/4 the same way nigh on 20 years ago and it's still good.

Mostly it is where nuts and bolts have been, as an exaample, I have removed the rear indictors and under there the paint could do with a touch up. Other areas are under the tank for sure. Any part of the frame that is visible that needs a patch would be small, not larger than 1cm I would say.
Not a fussy job just a remedial job where required.

I've had a tin of this for years and use it when required to touch in chips and small areas .... it flows very well and provides a great colour match

Make sure it isn't too cold - or it is too thick to flow .... and stir well

No - nothing on top of the paint .... and practice to apply the right amount with a very soft bristled brush ....... just enough so it flows but not too much to run :)
