Hi, I've got carpys 4 into 1 nicely made I have had it ceramic coated but he now does it in stainless pretty cheap considering it didn't cost much for shipping etc it's a bit loud but I like it loud !!! Link below

David Silver do standard spoke kits not sure if there stainless though I bought mine from DS and had them individually powder coated by Central Wheels,  cheers

I bought the tyres from DS standard pattern tread yet to see what there like,as for the exhaust I bought Carpys one from the US nice quality I had it ceramic coated black but he does a nice stainless one nowpretty cheap for stainless aswell, it's pretty much a yoshi replica also there are stainless yoshi replicas on eBay,they sound really nice I've had to up the jets because I'm running single pod filters cheers.

Hi Guys,

I did my engine without taking apart all I took off to paint individually was the breather cover on top of the engine and the sprocket cover,

I Gunked my engine to get the worst of the grime off which worked very well
 

After that I gave it a good clean to remove the gunk residue then got to work with my Dremmel I ordered various dremmel bits but found the small wire brushes the best to get in between the fins in all it took me over a week just to prepare the engine for painting,

I made sure the engine was spotless before painting for paint I used Simonez paint spray which doesn't need primer or baking I masked off the finned part splines etc  then did the silver first I gave it 4 coats with at least a day in between, this is how it turned out,

Hi Folks I was wondering is there a specific measurement for the gap between the slider when it bottoms out in the body of the carb ?? I found this pic on a website but there is no measurement stated ??

Hi Billy my wire harness wasnt the best so i bought a new one from DS, you probably could repair your old one no problem maybe cut the wires back a bit to get good wire then crimp and solder new connectors on,

Hi billy I asked the same question a wee while back you've got 3 yellow wires and one white it probably looks yellowish it doesn't matter which yellow goes to which the white wire is the female connector pictured,

David Silver could only supply 1 x 125 jet so I bought them from Carpys site in America 20 bucks for 4 !!!
He's got a good selection of sizes !!!!

Yeah my solenoid is under my seat now along with everything else !!!

Is it a easy job to remove the starter motor ???

I can easy cut the earth neg cable and put a smaller lug on it I've got a place in mind for mounting it
