Hi all,
Does anyone have (or know what suitable alternatives might exist for) the three screws that hold together the two halves of the pilot case, please?
My old one had two broken brackets and a bit of tape holding it together! My nice shiny new one from David Silver doesn't include the screws, sadly.
Thank you,
D.

I have some used ones, spot of black paint on them and they will be OK. PM me if you want them.
If you have a DSS replica cover check the warning lamp lenses are secure, give the cover shake and if it rattles one is loose. Spot of super glue sorts it. How do I Know this, well one of the turn signal lenses disappeared and the other one was loose.

Bit expensive ! Including postage that's £3 each :o They are only black self tappers, if you know the size and do a search on ebay I bet you could get at least 50 for that price, I got 10 for £1.50 when I restored my RD.

Hopefully Drew400 received my reply to his PM, if not just PM your address and I stick 'em in the post. No money required.
Their part number is 9390224280, 50p each from DSS but they don't have stock. It's important that the screw is the correct lengh, too long and it will crack the case. Probably could find a suitable alternative if you have a pattern which Drew 400 may not have.

Hi again all,
Thank you for your kind attention and in one case parts en-route.
Hope I can reciprocate with something to someone some day!
Cheers,
D.
