I think Pirahna and Newtronic are the same thing--better is Dyna or gp to the US site and look up "hondaman" he makes an electronic system triggered by the points run at a very low current so they last forever(nearly)

Dont shout too loud, having talked to Dave the answer is at least Honda still make em---complain too much about quality and instead of improving they have a tendency to obsolete

The two inners have different ID bores and the bigger one should be a tap fit same as the race you took off

Try it without the washer from the kit first, I seem to remember washer went on some models but not others.

as long as bearings adjust nice with no free play all is OK

Memory vague but seem to remember it was either the honda washer or the kit washer not both

More likely to be the pirahna playing up than the coil mate, have you got the bits to re-convert to points?

Thts the idea but use a "soft" drift and to get them all the way in use the old race as a spacer cos you can still get that out afterwards

The "inners" have different ID small to top big to bottom, washer goes onto steering stem before lower inner. Make sure you get the "outers" in right as once they are in up to the shoulder you cant get them out short of destruction

Not worth the cost as you still have to change it every 1500 miles
