Honda-SOHC

 After being retired for 2.5 years I've run out of house projects and my other bikes are relatively modern so I needed a project and this seemed as good as any.
 I'm really not sure exactly what I've got so any and all comments would be very welcome. [ Guests cannot view attachments ]

It is certainly an interesting project and I was surprised no one on here bought it.
So far there have been some good and bad moments but I have plenty of time and this forum is proving very useful.

Thats what I thought, might give it another try.

In the copious amount of "stuff" I got along with my recent purchase are 4 sets of coils.
They all read 0 ohms when tested so I'm either doing it wrong or they are all scrap.
I dont want to buy used off ebay cos they will probably be the same, so can anyone recommend a source for
new ones or does anyone have some spare for sale.

I'd like to say I've bought a cb 500 four but its more a collection of boxes of parts. It was was on here in the newbies section posted by Nasher but I got it through the Ducati forum of which we are both members. Its a big mix of CB 500 550 750 and ss50 but I think I can get a complete 500 out of it.
This is it so far.
