Up date
Did the reseating excersise and just the odd drip every 5 mins
from 2 and 3 but every now and then no 2 drops about a thimble full and then stops. Weird!!
Blasted round float bowl 'o' rings get 5mm longer when they get petrol on them had to hang them in the sun for an hour to shrink back .
4 of the bowl screws also needed tapping out to 5mm, thought I might get away with it yesterday but after a nights sleep thought I need to do it properly .
Plan to have another go at 2 and 3 again tomorrow so hopefully nearly there.

Hi strangers not been here for a while .
Almost have the gold 500 back on the road (yours Steve)
carbs totally stripped and ultrasonically cleaned put back together with new float jets and housings. and seals
floats set at 22mm bench tested for leaks and two ctr overflowing . Tried just tapping float bowls ,still leaking .
Took bowels off and result one of the overflow tubes is leaking . all floats are free.
Change for another float bowl
now they are all overflowing Grrrrrr! any thoughts please

Bang on k2-k6 w125. that is at Goodwood and one of the repros.
Our customer just used to bring great chunks of it to us and say 'copy that' kept us busy for a couple of years,
the cylinder block was fabricated around cast exhaust/combustion chamber/inlet and cylinder casting.
