I have CB550f1 my rotor switch has lost little nipple, can't find one for my model on DS or Wemoto, but DS have one which looks very similar
http://www.davidsilverspares.co.uk/parts/by-part-number/hpart_35753286000/
any ideas if it will fit?
CB550 part no is 35753323000

That part is off a CB350 plus others and I know that the selector drum and centre selector on the 350 is the same as 500 and the neutral switch stator and rotor are the same on 500 and 550 so it will fit the selector drum BUT it may have a different distance centre to tip which will mean bending the stator OR the "pip" may be in a different position.
Normaly with Honda if the part is identical it is the same number but it could br worth a try---bit expensive after you add in the postage though.
I know i have new old stock stators for the 500 and i think i have the rotors somewhere but they cost me an arm and a leg to import from the states

Thanks for your thoughts, I ordered it as needed bunch of other bits, think its worth it to give it a go.

If it works OK let us know so it can be put in as an alternative

That part is exactly the same, same thickness, same place of nipple, same shape.
Only difference is thickness of metal strip which makes contact, new part is slightly thicker.
will try to post pictures.
