Hi there,
About to change the tyres on my own F2 and like the look of the Roadriders that you have gone for. Could I ask what sizes you have fitted?
Hi the front is 100 /90/ 18 and the back is 11 /90 /18, the tyres look real nice although i have yet to ride them as the bike is not finished yet

Good point, I guess I could check that with the suppliers. External repair would be nice and simple if I can find something that I can run a bead of around the stud. Any ideas what sealer would seal petrol?

I'm looking for a 'vintage' style large speedo to change look of my project, but not sure about calibration. I can't imagine they're all geared the same, but I might be wrong and find it's a simple proposition to find another speedo at an autojumble and hope it'll work (I doubt it...  ) I can't believe it'll be anything like that simple, so has anyone else swapped speedos? Do people re-calibrate speedos? Is it worth it I wonder or shall I just re-use my old one? Phil

Checked a GRP tank today that's been in the garage for a long time, and it leaks where a fixing stud is bonded in to the underside. Otherwise it's fine, and a nice tank so I'd like to use it.
Can I use one of the tank sealants to fix this, and is that a good idea anyway with a GRP tank, as I've read a few reports lately about grp tanks 'dissolving' with the latest fuels.
I'll not be using the mounting stud in future, so there'll be no load on it when in use. Do you reckon it'll be OK to use an internal sealant, or any other ideas about how I could seal it (externally around the stud perhaps?)
