I see that it is back.

Mrs T. “Steak”

Waiter. “How would you like it cooked?”

Mrs T. “Raw”

Waiter. “And the vegetables?”

Mrs T. “They will have the same as me.”

As the camera pans back to show the rest of the cabinet.
