I may have 750 ones kicking about but I am guessing these would be larger

I think from memory (from when I was looking 6 or 7 years ago for my K2) I think the 605 are for the F models - need confirmation from others members though as a few years ago

I would agree, I have just bought some F2 forks to make it easier to fit a Lockheed caliper on my Rickman and the F2 stantions are 25mm longer. I thought a bonus might be to fit the clip ons above the top yolk but they foul the fairing and bracket.

F Models have a 5 bolt hub the earlier models were 6. Hopefully the offset is the same across all front discs

The disc is 296 diameter and the offset from the mounting face to the inner disc face is about 14mm. I can’t be definite as the disc is warped, which is why I need a replacement.

I didn’t put the whole loom in but dipped the connectors in my ultrasonic cleaner, came out a treat

Hi, can anybody identify the brake disc below from the markings. It’s fitted to my Rickman and I need a replacement. Also, what model discs are interchangeable with the same offset from mounting face to disc surface. Thanks steve

Just been looking on eBay and F2 disc has 5 mounting bolts, K7 has 6 so looks like K7 disc and a spacer.

Thanks sumpmagnet, defo not too late. If I have read right, that’s the number I was hoping for. The K7 disc has 14mm offset and I need to space the K7 disc out from the hub by 7mm. Now I am no maths genius but 14 + 7 = 21, so the F2 disc should work with no spacer, as long as the disc bolt holes match.  I have been playing with the mounting plate this morning and apart from tidying the shape I have sorted it.

Cheers mate

Not totally clear now I read it back, I need the offset for the F2 disc.

Cheers Steve

Hi all,

I am working on fitting a Lockheed caliper to standard Honda forks on a Rickman. I have swapped K7 forks for F2 forks (SOHC) as the 2 bolt fixing would be easier to make a mounting plate for.  I have a K7 disc which needs to be spaced out from the hub, but F2 discs have a much larger offset. Can anybody tell me the offset from the disc mounting face to the inner face of the disc at the pad face. The K7 disc is around 14mm, see attached photo. Also can anybody confirm the disc mounting holes have the same PCD on K7 and F2.

Thanks Steve

It will just depend on the clearance around the caliper and alignment to the disc. Fingers crossed!

That’s great, thanks for the info. The really good news is the Lockheed caliper I am looking to fit has mounting hole centres of 89mm, so will look at feasibility of fitting Lockheed to F2 carrier.

Cheers Steve
