1977 CB550F2.
Hi all, I can't seem to find the length of tubing needed for each carb overflow tube, nor can I find where these are supposed to be routed to. Can you help me out?
-
the four pipes a grouped together ,then over the rear mounting bolt ,in the center, and down between the swingarm and gearbox,
length is as long as it takes to be below the gearbox/sump .as long as they don't tangle in the stand.

That sounds a ok same with all of the fours

The tubes are slightly under half a meter long with a ID of 3.5, OD of 7.5 and run down the back of the engine.

Bitsa,
I always cut a 2 meter length from the reel and cut it into 4. The outside ones are a little longer but, just trim the ends of the 2 middle ones and put a plastic cable tie to keep them together. On the 550F2 here is a wire wielded to the frame on the cross bar of the frame that these go through. And put a jam jar under them because it will catch any fuel from the pipes.
