I have been looking for one of these for a while, part number 83502323000 but without any luck so though I'd make one.
Didn't have any dimensions so worked them out from the air box lid and designed the cover on a 3D cad package. Sent the image to a 3D printing company and got this back today. Fitted a piece of stainless mesh into it and hey presto: 366

Where about in Oxfordshire are you? I’m just over the border in Bucks, just on the M40 junction 5.

I used to work with a bloke who’s mum worked in A&E.
They did have a guy come in once with a hoover attachment attached somewhere sensitive. His story was he was hoovering the stairs naked and he fell down them. 369

I ordered a pair off EBay for a classic mini. About £25 the pair, my mate had one for his Triumph.
Fitted perfectly in my 550 in minutes. 372

Happy new year everybody, let’s hope the weather is drier than 2019.
Haven’t been out on any of my bikes since early September. We’ve had so much rain here in Bucks, my house has 3 huge cracks up it, got to ring the insurance tomorrow, no doubt they’ll come up with an excuse not to pay out. |
