I went for a run yesterday,

Felt really good,

About 30 miles, not to cold,

Needed to fill the tank, both local garages out of fuel,

Hi Johnny,
Glad you got out in the sunshine - even if it's been chilly.  Doug H and I have escaped for a short break on the Super Cubs - we're in Grantown on Spey tonight and Limekilns, Fife tomorrow.  Should be back on the ferry Monday.  They have been out re-shitting most of the roads in the Highlands but the little bikes don't seem to mind.  Had to fill the bikes in Lairg and it cost more than a fiver each and we had only done 100 miles :)

This is along Strathnaver - Highland clearances and all that.
Speak soon

Ian and Doug

That’s great Ian, looks like you’ve hit a nice spell of weather. It’s always good to get across to the mainland for a change of scenery. You’re in a lovely part of the country there. Enjoy your trip catch up soon. Cheers!

Went for another run today,
Filled the tank,£17.42,for just over 11litres,

Our local Shell garage is 5p a litre than Asda,no contest.

The run was bracing,

Also the biggest grin factor was a run on my RD125,

absolute screamer, love it on twisty roads
