Anybody else having a problem with Cruzinimage. I cant buy anything off their own website nor via eBay. Is it me that's been blocked for some reason?

Roy, that happened to me about 2 years ago - got in touch with ebay (eventually!) and asked them to get in touch with Cruzinimage in case they had set a block by mistake but never had corros from them and still the same - have to get my son to order via his ebay account

Phone 😊😊😊, I speak fluent Japanese, only joking. Via Ebay Roy, I have just checked again and I can order via both though.

Here's strange. I temporarily switched to another credit card on PayPal and their direct website has accepted the order. How can that be as PayPal are the only ones to see my credit card. Still blocked on eBay though but at least the gear is on the way.

I don't think anyone at Cruzinimage speak English. I've ordered a fair bit over the past few years then a bit over a 18 months ago they sent me the wrong length brake pipes. I sent a message (I was very polite) saying that I would keep the ones they had sent (I'll always use them on another project) but would they be able to send me longer ones if I ordered again. Long story short I was immediately blocked, I think the message is something like "Cruzinimage is unable to supply you at this time" I messaged two or three times apologising if I had somehow given offence but got no reply. I think something gets lost in translation. Their parts are really quite good and cheaper than most so I'm a bit miffed, but there's nothing I can do.

Graham says he's gonna start charging to answer questions, he want's to retire (again) soon and reckons that will be a nice little income to boost the pension pot 😁😁😁😁 .....double the price on Sundays, triple price if it's a bank holiday weekend 🤗🤗🤗
Edit....he says quadruple on a bank holiday weekend if it's raining 😏😏😏

Must be a Japanese thing ... Had a massive order in with Yamiya once and cancelled one tiny item ...so they cancelled the whole order, refunded my PayPal payment and made me order all over again :(
