Title: Anyone know what this part is please?
Post by: sye on October 20, 2018, 12:22:37 PM: Part number 11 in the attached image. What is it and what does it do? I kept everything in bags when I stripped the bike down and this part wasn't there, honest. ???

Thanks Ash, still doesn't make and sense though. I assume it works on the lever somehow.

Post by: Rob62 on October 20, 2018, 12:56:15 PM: I think its just there to stop the lever rattling against the bracket when you let go of it. In other words its a little damper...typical honda attention to detail. Just cut a short piece of rubber hose and push it in.

Either a different MC or someone removed it not knowing what it was IMO.
