Does anyone recognise this spring washer?

When I stripped the bike it came from here:

However the parts manual doesn't show this but has the rubber washer:
[attach=3]
[attach=4]
The thing is, I recognise the washer in the back of my mind from years ago as if it is from the 400. But the parts manual says not. Any ideas / help appreciated.

It's effectively a floating joint on which the nut and retaining washer are tightened against the shoulder of the bolt so that it doesn't pinch the brake torque arm.
Something to stop it rattling is used normally on these drum back plates. Looks like the rubber washer OR the spring washer could be used.
It's left floating so that it doesn't bind and need loosening when you adjust the chain on the bike. As you unclamp the assembly with the main spindle it'll all move freely when you set the chain slack. It's good practice to hold the brake pedal down when tightening the spindle as it keeps the brake shoes central if there's any play in the pivot hole of the back plate.
