Title: 550K1 fork oil

Hi all, anyone know how much fork oil should be in a 550K1 and what oil to use , searching brings up varying opinions.

Assuming it's the same as the 500.
Try 160cc  atf oil

Sorry to correct you John, it is 164.997 cc  :o and that is on a full strip and clean. If just a drain from the side bolt then totally different  ;D ;D

It is very hard to get it correct with a drain. You can be out by 10cc on each fork but, the book says 135 to 145cc  ;)

My CB500K2 (ED) has the same legs. I personally have best results with 140cc 7,5 weight.
