I've not heard of a camchain breaking through the case Josh, come to think of it, I've not heard of an anniversary edition either. Can you post some pictures of the bike and the damage?

Steve I did a google for it and came up with this,
http://www.nabble.com/Got--new(to-me)-1979-Honda-cb750k-10th-anniversary-edition-t3354227.html
Josh, its a DOHC, but either way, any damage to aluminum caseings will either require some specialist welding or a replacment.

Forget that, I didn't see Steves other post, Good look with the repair, that JB-Weld stuff is good, but can tend to drop out when exposed to heat and oil
-
thanks yeah before i put the JB weld on i filed the crack down real good and cleaned the area very well ... i let it dry for 24hrs even though it say 1hr... so far so good... i have been driving back and forth from work on freeway at 70+ mph and still not one drop of oil .... thanks for the advice sorry for posting a dohc motor bike in here... but most times people that are into bike are very good with random fixes and i thank you again....
