Here is the bike..... i think i got it taken care of i used JB weld ... and tightend the cam chain..

That's a DOHC bike (don't worry, we'll still talk to you though) so you might get more expert help from one of the forums that specialise in those bikes:

As yours is a \"C\", try that one to start with. The F boys get a bit precious at times...
