Anyone know where I can get the 7mm thrust washer on tacho pickup? P/n 90451-292-000

Or know dimensions for equivalent replacement?

7mm thrust washers are available, but don't know if they are correct dims, o/d probably to big for a start.

You need to select 7mm on drop down.
