I had a good nosey at the 400 bikes on Sunday. They do look good build quality and look bigger than a 400 single. 👍

Will be a K2 as it's a USA model. But UK CB250s were out of sequence after K0 ..I.e K2 started with a 3 , K4 started with a 5 ...etc etc.

It's a CL350 Ash.

Gareth,
Great photos from the show, thanks for posting them.

Are you going down to Peebles for the show on 14.4.24?

Thanks. I'm not planning to go down to Peebles at the moment.

Some photos from Scottish Bike Show yesterday. Appearances from Carl Fogarty, John McGuiness, Glenn Irwin, Ruben Xaus and John Mcphee.

Harris framed RC30, not one but 3 Hurricanes! One was BSA A75.

Look in Aladdin's Cave at top of page. Honda model ID List

CL350 on 'page 22'

Looks like K2 but should be 7 numbers, not 6.

Bars look much better Johnny. That’s some collection of well organised tools. Saw an interesting idea in classic mechanics mag this month - a one foot by 1 inch magnetic strip handily placed for dropping on bolts / tools etc while working. Saves scrabbling for bolts on the floor when you container gets knocked over..DAMHIK😉

Magnetic tray.  Best invention ever. 👍

The bike looks much, much better with the new bars. I'm impressed with your workshop. I always envisage mine looking like that, but never get anywhere near it! 🤔

I rode a 1500 Goldwing years ago for an article in Ride magazine. I didn't like the look of the fully faired, kitted up bikes, but I  was really impressed with the smooth engine, low centre of gravity and the ease of handling for such a heavy machine. The early naked versions are definitely growing on me. 👍

Hi Ted

Good point! My fault didn’t realise a price was policy. I will adjust accordingly.

As for the pictures I’m struggling to upload them? I’m not great at this stuff and am a bit confused.

Every time I try to upload it times out?

Paddy

The picture file may be too large? 3mp is max size for this site, no more than 5 photos per post.

True, but they never mentioned how many times they stopped to pick up detached parts

🤣🤣🤣

CB350/400 / Re: 400 Keyster Brassware.

I bought Keyster kits from DSS for my 400 and they've been fine.

I suspect cheap offers of 'Keyster' kits on Internet from unknown sellers could be Chinese copies, just like fake NGK spark plugs going around.

Ozzy, I didn't even know there was an issue with it until it was shown to me, no symptoms. It doesn't really look like much damage and if it is usually the case as I'm told that there is some I just might tell them to ignore it. Even CMSL havn't got the part.

I'd be tempted to put it back then. Can you get pictures of the alleged damage?
After their muckup with the primary chain and not identifying the correct gear I wouldn't trust them.
I hope they don't introduce a problem that wasn't there before! 😕
