Whilst trying to decide were I go next with the 400/4,full engine rebuild or get rid,I decided to take a trip to the local Honda dealership and have a wee afternoon to myself.
Cut a long story short, the CB just felt so right.it took me back to 78 when I 1st bought my 400/4.whipped out the card and the deposit was taken in a flash.Due to the backlog I don’t have a delivery date but I’m looking forward to collecting a Pearl Smokey grey bike before the summer is over.Happy days ahead.:-)

Not much changed on the spares front I’m afraid,,but get a 350 running well and they are great fun, that’s what it’s all about for me with bikes around 40 years old,,I wouldn’t use one as daily transport ,sunny days only.😁

Lol you must be a young thing if you haven’t heard of Moto morini,,I lusted after one in the early 70s before buying mine in 1982 to compliment my 400/4.Then sold them both because of my expanding family.
Now I’m retired it was time to turn the clock back,,happy days 😁

Hi,just took delivery of a 400/4 with a fair bit of expense thrown at it ,but would appreciate if anyone can recommend a workshop near Glasgow/Paisley I could use to get the carburettors set up properly. The have been refurbished & cleaned internally but its needing final adjustments.
The bike is looking tidy but I would like to have the engine & cases vapour blasted ,they have been painted and not very well on close inspection,,cheers peter

Would like to know if someone still has GHS808T tucked away in a shed or has it been scrapped.
