Does anyone know what size thread the oil switch is

I have looked at the outer basket and it had a bit of pitting where the friction plates run I run a fine file over them also I noticed that the new friction plates had sharp edge so I filed them off have to see if that helps

I just looked on bike cover still off I see what you mean but the front and back line up spot on also there’s alignment Dowls I just think it’s the clutch dragging going to strip the clutch again and look at basket as Martin spotted marks on the outer

Should you be able to just pull clutch outer off when you remove thrush washer mine fit loose (after removing plates)

Bike drag’s and clunky when selecting 1st then if I change up the box slowly not to bad odd times it may miss a great but not the same gear when coming down the box clunky and hard to change some time it goes into neutral ok get worse after a run and bike get hot tried setting adjuster with no gap no difference just slips

Yes I been through selector mechanism change some of that I did notice that there not a lot of oil around the clutch

I am clutching at straws now just can’t get a good gear change have fitted new clutch plates and steel plates I also change the adjuster in the clutch new cable I may try castrol gtx classic 10w40 mineral which has got zddp in it but it looks like engine out and look at gearbox is there any other options
