Has anyone used a set like this?
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-CB-550-Four-CB550-For-Motor-Oil-Seals-Sealing-Ring-Set-Engine-Oil-Seal-Set/363021190851
I know the original Honda seals are always best but DSS only have a couple of the genuine seals in stock.

Not used them yet but have just bought the set. It is missing one of the seals for a cb500/550 which needs to be bought separately

Have you phoned DSS it see if they have any 550 kits in ?
-
Only difference 500 to 550 is that big blanking plug which is a pushrod seal on the 500 and the blank can normaly be reused unless somebody has previously fitted an O ring chain.
And yes have used pattern seals kits

Yeah I spoke to them. they were surprised themselves to see that they don't do kits for the 550.
Which seal is missing from the kit?
-
Nothing missing for a 550, if you buy the 500 kit from DS it will be missing the big blanking plug
-
The clutch lever seal is always missing out of these kits ;)
-
Sorry forgot about that one as the 500 dont got one

Thanks for the responses everyone. I've ordered the kit and will order a clutch lever seal separately.
