Hello. I have a 750f1 speedo apart for refurb, but it has no damping. What substance should i use & where do i put it? Obviously i dont want a bouncy needle on a rebuilt speedo. I already have clock needles like windscreen wipers on my T500. Most annoying. So your help would be appreciated. Sean.

After spending £28 on a splendid looking wheel bearing retainer removal tool. Which I should imagine I would use only once. Did it work? Did it F!!! So I removed the retainer the same way as I had to 40yrs earlier. With a Hammer & Chisel. What a stupid over engineered idea. What was wrong with a Circlip? It ranks alongside. Honda inboard disc brakes & Honda cable operated disc brake. There are times I think the designers of these things Were sniffing glue. Rant over. Ah that's better. Sean. Ps. NR500.

Hello. After receiving the somewhat disappointing news from Manno, that my tank is effectively scrap. I'm thinking about a repro 750k1 tank from David Silver. Has anyone here used one? Are there any drawbacks? Your views will be appreciated. Sean.

Can anyone tell me the thread size & pitch in the hole where the brake pipe enters the Caliper on a Cb750f1? As the threads on the Caliper I have is a bit festered & needs cleaning out. Sean.

Has anyone come across this?? I have stripped down my K1 frame ready for paint. But rhe Bridge over the rear of the frame is pissed. Looking from the rear. The bridge is about 10mm higher on the left. This can only be a manufacturing fault. As the frame rails are straight & measure the same distance apart as my straight F1 frame. Has anyone noticed any anomalies like this? Sean.

Hello. I wish to fit my K1 with a repro Guilairi seat. However it appears that these seats are only available For K2 models onwards. Can anyone tell me the difference between the K1 & K2 seats. Is it just the catch/lock? Would it just be a case of using a K2 Seat lock which I believe just clamps round the frame,? Your thoughts would be appreciated. Sean.
