[ Guests cannot view attachments ] Hi, Everyone sorry for not introducing myself earlier. Bought a CB750 K8 import this May and in the process of stripping it down to do a full restoration. Have so far stripped and rebuilt the carbs which were well gummed up then checked the engine would run which it did, but compression was well down on all 4 cyclinders so have stripped the top end and in the process of replacing exhaust valve guides and lapping in the valves, the pistons and bores are all ok just need to put new rings in. Have black stove enamelled all the frame and parts and bought many parts to start the rebuild. Any advise would be appreciated especially on the use of a Vesrah VG-157 gasket set and if the O rings it comes with are correct for the oil ways. Cheers gazzer750
