I've had my XR for quite a few years now & it's seen some very rough & some smooth surfaces. But since buying a newer race bike I decided to install some 17" wheels so that I could still have some fun on tarmac

I bought this bike purely for touring Europe. It was a bit uncared for when I first got it

With gallons of elbow grease & lots of TLC it passed its MoT with no advisories

Then it took Mrs.Yoshi & myself around Europe

But only after the frame needed welding due to some severe corrosion that I found only once I removed the petrol tank from its mounting

Then a rattley CB750K6 that was a USA import parked up behind me & we all had a good chat about our bikes

Hi all.

I would just to say apologies to those who have been expecting replies from me in one way or another. I have been away again and have been unable to carry out some much needed packaging and posting of various items. Unfortunately I have to drop what I am doing at a moments notice every now and again and everything has to take second place to what I have to do.

So to all those that I promised bits to, I am glad that you now have what you have paid for.

CB350/400 / Lovely CB400F2 at Newlands Corner today

I was out & about on the dirtbike today with a number of other 'enthusiasts' & we stopped for lunch at Newlands Corner near Guildford today. Parked up, there was a lovely condition maroon 400/4. A couple of my riding colleagues mentioned it to me but before I had a chance to have a look then we were making a move as the sun was going down really quickly, bringing a chill with it.

Was the owner of the 400/4 anybody from on here?

I have been led to this from another forum. The good thing is that not only can you search via a reg number, but also from the frame number. It also gives the price at the time of inquirey & a delivery time.
