Yes on closer inspection bleed nipple hole in front caliper has been re tapped to suit next available size up - 8mm at thread- not the best job but its not seeping fluid and will have to do for now. Have swallowed my pride and apologised to Wemoto. Have searched through the last box of bits and found another caliper end (the part that holds the piston) but the two main securing holes are spaced further apart with a slightly different overall profile to the one presently on the bike, must be for another model - which is a bit of a bugger!. Beginning to wonder now about the front brake handlebar assembly having had to slightly file the new circlip and plain washer which were both oversize - these hold the plunger arrangement in position.

Got these bits left over during rebuild - can anyone identify please (bike is 75 engine in 76 frame)-item on right is from air box but wont fit with present paper filter housing arrangement - Also can someone answer following:

1- Diam of standard front brake bleed screw.-looks like 8mm but Wemoto have supplied 7mm!
2- Does front brake caliper have a dust seal.
3- Can someone confirm that wiring for left/right indicators, horn, start button, etc travels through the handlebars?
4 -Any one got a return spring for footrest - left side

Help - Have searched the full forum but still no joy so please when inserting photos do I use "insert image" which gives or the lower "attachments and other options".Tried both options but still no go - this is proving more difficult than the actual cb550 rebuild.
Also if and when the images are inserted are they shown when you hit the preview button?
