Thanks for tip, yes they sell them, not very cheap, but I understand it

Note: link is accessible via PC only

Now, the question is if there is anyone who did that change, what is result and if something else has to be changed / replaced too?

Yes, that's correct, I was not precise enough

But still question remains, if somebody tried to change slow jets to improve this behaviour

I'm quite sure I've seen somewhere info (maybe SOHC us forum) about changing slowjets from 35 to 40, but cannot find it quickly

Attached specs of PD41A / PD41B

You perfectly described how my 750 K7 behaves...

I'm wondering if this cannot be improved by rejetting idle jets one step up to have bit reacher idle? Someone tried?

...

Bryan has a really good routine to set the carbs on a bench and get them on track for a good start point,  may have to search on here for it.

Can you advice where to find routine you mentioned? My K7 has the same sympthoms

Dont know where you are but the 500k3 never officialy came to UK so is a rarity but is identical to the 550k3 except for barells, pistons and crb jets.

I'm from Slovakia

Are you sure that this is the only difference "barells, pistons and crb jets" ? and of course side cover logos..

So, then it should be like this one http://www.sohc.co.uk/index.php/topic,17309.msg147793.html#msg147793 except from fender (EU one had 2 spurs to my knowledge)
Or this one, right? (pictures from sale brochure from cmsnl)

CB500/550 / CB500K3 identification help
« on: November 30, 2018, 01:59:58 PM »
Hi
can someone confirm this frame & engine is "matching" model CB500K3 European model (has label on rear frame, not on the head):
Frame: CB500K-1001xxx
Engine: CB500E-2201xxx

And also confirm model year / year of mfg?

Bike looks like CB550K four (4into4 exhaust like on CB750K7, idiot lights & ignition switch between clocks, CB750K7 style front fork & flashers) but is declared as 500K...
Ideally if somebody can post pic of stock original one CB500K3, would be great...wondering especially how rear flashers & rear lamp looks like on stock original one?

Thanks

Have the same issue with my CB750K7...
Not sure for values of your weight you provided (stone - is that kind of slang, equal to feet of what? Sorry that I don't understand...)
My weight is 80kg (naked :D)
Where are you located Erny ? not in the UK i would guess. 1Kg = 2.2lbs(pounds), 14lbs = 1stone, (old british weight measurement). Personally i can't get to grips with a persons weight in kg, too long in the tooth  :'( 80kg means nothing to me, i have to convert it to stones to know if you are a lightweight or a fat b*stard like me (16stone)
I live in Slovakia, we use metric system only. I knew about pounds, pint, gallon, ounce, inch, foot, yard, mile.. But never heard about stone. For me stone = rock

But now I learned something new - thanks for that!
Looking at wiki right now

Gents, where would you recommend to buy TEC shoks discussed here?
I'm looking to replace my stock shocks on my K7 750. I want to keep original stock look as much as possible
