I've just built all the wheels (bearings, seals, sprocket, etc), having bought all the parts in readiness some time ago and having replaced all the seals in both wheels, I have a new seal left over that I can't place on the CMSL schematics. The part number is 91257300003P (if I've got the right bag!)
I've replaced the large sprocket cover dust seal and have checked on the CMSL schematics and its a different part number for that seal - a search on DS says its a 'dust seal'
Where does it go!

If that is the correct p/N Phil, according to CMS whatever it is shows as fitting a 350 four and 400 four 🤔🤔🤔🤔 and 173 other Honda's 😁😁😁

Maybe DS sent an extra and I didn't notice Julie

Is it black rubber? If so could it be the seal from the screw in bearing retainer on front wheel,
I cant get that number to come up anywhere

Got that one Bryan - its more the size of the sprocket cover seal

That's 91252-300-003, 22 x 36 x 8. I couldn't track the 91257, what are the dims?

I have some very old 750,550 and 500 parts books and that number does not show in any of them

Sound like the sprocket seal at those sizes but not checked.
EDIT
Just checked on cms and those are the sizes for the sprocket seal part number 91205283010

I've already fitted that one Bryan - its a mystery! Maybe I ordered 2 (on 2 separate orders) - main thing is I haven't missed a seal on assembling the wheels
Thanks for all your imput

For pease of mind, took sprocket cover off (damaging the zinc plating on the newly zinced sprocket nut tab washers!) - doubting myself putting the seal in! New seal is in and heres the picture showing the difference. It must have been an extra seal sent in error.
