I wonder if its possible to "add" the 2 strokes rather than remove them, making your bike into a 6 stroke, surely this would be even more powerful...

The opposite.
Remove another stroke and you have a 1 stroke. There is no more efficient motor.

You could go for a no stroke, der vankel :)

I like the idea of blanking off one cylinder to gain more power. Why not blank off all 4. That would minimise drag significantly and free up oodles of otherwise wasted power.
