One of our coaches isn't LEZ compliant, and it costs £200 a time to enter London, even to get into Heathrow! (although I found another way into Heathrow that isn't covered by the cameras yet!) Basically, why would anyone want to visit a shithole like London anyway? One plus point for those of us who don't live there or go there is there will be lots of older bikes being sold off from within the shitty, oops, city:))
