Title: It's a biker thing
Post by: MrDavo on April 08, 2021, 12:09:01 PM
I saw this T shirt on the bay of fleas, and couldn't resist!

Having a 5 cylinder Jeep WJ that shows exactly what I hear on start up before the first cylinder fires for the second time round.

Only folk with an uneven cylinder count know how it really feels and sounds!

I think he meant deaf Julie from listening to the higher revs and frequent changes

I won't have a word said against a 400/4 Bryan 😁😁😁😁. If owning one and riding it flat out regularly reminds me of being 18 again, that's good enough for me.

Me and Julie have met and she definately has more chance of getting the 400 to fly as i am, shall we say significantly, bigger!! If anybody remembers the Honda Melody it was a good day/bike if i could get one up to 25mph

Love the T shirt.

Also love 5 cylinders. I had an Audi GT. (Imasculated UR Quattro) gutless but what a  sound....

While walking the dog   I slipped on mud  landed on my back, which is held together with Meccano anyway.   Had X Ray's - nothing broken,  TF,  just soft tissue damage.   Hence me taking loads of PKs.

Looks like I'm not a biker after all then. Sorry but I simply don't understand that T-shirt, what's it supposed to mean? And I'm not on any meds, probably should be though. ;D

It's a one down four up "heartbeat" Roy, like a gearchange.

Confirms you are fully biker as you do that without thinking about it  ;D

It's ok Roy, took me about six days for the penny to drop. I kept thinking number of cylinders and getting lost on that  :)

I bet there were loads of people waiting for some clown like me to ask what it meant. Too many years with a Kawasaki H1A, all five up. Poor excuse I know.
