Thanks Steve
Those were absolutely perfect. I thought that the LHS had 2 switches but was not certain. I guess the narrow on/off switch fits between the grip and the larger indicator/pass switch.
I am also doing a K2 for a friend.
Wish you luck. Ask as many questions as necessary as there are some very knowledgeable folks on here.
I assume that you have the Honda manual and parts list. (If not they are downloadable from the US site)
Cheers

Steve did ask about that 'On/Off' switch when UK Pete & I met up with him on Thursday evening down at the local VJMC club get-together. Steve wasn't sure about just where this switch should be located...either between the grip & the indicator cluster, or on the other side. I couldn't see in my minds eye what he was trying o explain until I have just seen the photos that Steve has put up...is the switch there to turn off the lights completely?...because the right hand switchgear has only got P-L-H & no 'OFF' position as on later versions. Is this because the switchgear was originally designed for the USA market where it's dictated that they must have the lights on all of the time? Maybe this would explain Steve's 'OFF-ON' switch for on the left of the handlebar....
