That's pretty cool. I do wonder though what the crash protection would be like as not much distance between the driver and the front of the car.
Very good idea though and this is what I think EV's are best suited to, urban short runs and considering these are the types of journeys most people do they would be ideal especially on London and other cities.
The price though, that's the killer.

Misc / Open / Bolts Sproket fixing - Are these of any use to any member?
« Last post by Bloggs on May 29, 2024, 06:26:32 PM »
Hi,

I purchased these 'bolts' via ebay as they were stated as suited for a 400/4, there are too small!
Got a refund and told to keep them as they did not want to pay the return postage.

I don't have a use for them, happy to send onto someone who can use them.
I assume they fit smaller models than the CB400, sizes in the picture.

Don't want anything for them, better they are used rather than scrapped. Feel free to make a donation to the forum.

Michael

That’s interesting Andy, a modern take on the “bubble car”.

How about this little beauty ? From what I read, a 16 yr old on a moped licence can drive one. I'm tempted for my daughter's school run...its only 7 very rural miles each way....but we have to go through a ford, which makes me nervous..

The thing with this is - it seems to cost just under £20,000 which does blow ' small, cheap motoring' out of the water.

In contrast, the Citroen Ami is also a moped/car (quadricycle) and only about £5k....but it's range is rubbish.

Aftermarket tachos on cars used to connect to points side of coil
