I think he's asking if anyone can see if it's open, as it may be shut by Covid etc or it may have closed for good.

A quick Companies House search shows that they changed their name in Feb 2016 and have changed three time since. Currently BHW Print Group Ltd.

Account filed in 2021 show net assets of £4.5M.

Based in Bolton.

Of course, this may be a different company. If they relinquished the Joy Engineering name in 2016 then someone else would be allowed to use it. Not registered as a Ltd Company though.

Not to comment on the OP question, but did anyone notice the detail in their site picture?

It's got an advance/retard mech on the camshaft to, I guess, make the rev range expand through raised rpm timing changes. I wonder what it's from, looks like a twin cam single.

I thought most Ducati are desmodromic with the conventional cam and inverted lobe to close valves.

Certainly makes me think though as I've not seen that before,  perhaps one of the 450 motocross singles as they rev pretty high as well as having torque. Intriguing though, and quite clever lateral thinking.

this is the correct Adress / WEB SITE, Phil is doing a brillant Job and can offer Camshafts which have not Std. Profiles .
I bought an Camshaft for the CB 400 Four which gives a Punch from 7500-11.000 rpm , accelleration like a Lightweight two Stroke Bike....
And now I want more from JOY ENGINEERING :
Hopfully somebody knows more whats going on their. Maybe extendet Christmas / New Year Holidays.

He was the chap that produced the cam for my slightly modified 500 four. It is a Yoshi grind. Requested info on the cam from him a year or so ago. Very helpful
Contacted him at joyengineering@btconnect.com

I think that the OP would like someone to do a drive past or call there and see if the business is still trading? Maybe someone here lives close by and could help him out?
